In the unlikely event of any defect being noticed in the merchandise, we will exchange the same, if:
- The merchandise has not been altered.
- Wash care instructions have been strictly followed.
- The defect is brought to our notice within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The defective merchandise is returned to the store of purchase, with the original invoice.
- Unused merchandise may be exchanged, if returned with all merchandise tags intact within 30 days of purchase of garment to the store of purchase.
- Accessories will not be exchanged.

- Wash inside out with zipper closed.
- Ensure detergent or soap is thoroughly removed from the fabric by using sufficient water otherwise discoloring may take place in sunlight or after ironing.
- Never use bleaching agent or optical whitening agent (bleaching powder, tinopal, etc.) as these cause patches on fabric.
- For removal of stains rub gently, avoid vigorous rubbing or use of brush.
- Reason for white patches is improper wash and that is not the fabric fault.

You are requested to confirm the delivery of your online order on our website www.colorplusonline.com once the delivery of the item has been accepted.
Cancellation of orders will be entertained only within 1 working day from the date of purchase. For example, if the order is made at 9 pm on Friday then cancellation can be done till Monday 9 pm. Similarly if the order is made at 11 am on Monday then cancellation can be done till 11am Tuesday.
The electronic proof of delivery (POD) will be considered for confirmation of the delivery of the goods and after receiving the electronic proof of delivery from our couriering agency; we consider the order to be delivered.
You are requested to mail us at estore@cpfashions.com or call us on 044-26248104 (Extn - 20) within 15 working days from the date of online purchase in case the order has not been delivered within 7 working days from the date of online purchase. In absence of any such mail from you, under such circumstances, we would consider it as delivered.

At ColorPlus we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products displayed on our website. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

In case of any defect or variation, please return the product within 15 days from the date of delivery with its original invoice for refund or replacement. In such a case, the item being returned should be unused, returned in its original packaging with all the labels intact and in a resalable condition. The merchandise will not qualify for refund or replacement after it has been altered. ColorPlus will examine the product after it is received to determine whether it's a case for refund or replacement. Items damaged after use will not qualify for refund or replacement. ColorPlus holds the right to determine whether the item qualifies for refund or replacement.
You can return the merchandise to any of the nearest Exclusive ColorPlus Stores or send it back to us by courier to Web Store Returns, C-08, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai - 600 058. The list of our exclusive stores with respective addresses is provided on our website.
The refund would be processed within 15 working days and your amount will be credited by the same mode as payment was made.
Please follow the wash care instructions strictly. Any defect in the product arising due to non-adherence to wash care instructions will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Customers are requested not to accept any goods that have been damaged in transit. Please do not accept deliveries of any item whose outer cover/package is damaged or tampered with, else our returns policy will not hold. ColorPlus reserves the right to determine whether the item has been damaged in transit or damaged after delivery or during use. Please get in touch with us so that we can guide you in returning the product and getting refund.
There would be no refund on Gift Vouchers after acceptance of the delivery of the same on time.
